What quote or allusion should i use in my graduation speech?

i want my speech to be meaningful to my audience (African Americans primarily). I have known them since 6th grade and some since before then. I want to include a powerful quote or allusion so that my speech can be memorable in 10 yrs at the reunion. I have had some rocky roads during high school. i may want to use some famous lyrics from hip hop, rap, or r&b.
