Question:

What quote shall I use?

For my artwork I have to produce a canvas.

This canvas has a painting of a flower on it as well as a picture of me and some of my family.

I need a fitting quote to put on, preferably to do with both flowers and family/friends.

I have "Where flowers blossom, so do friendships" in mind, but does anybody have a better idea?

  1. "Air of the winter around us would be as warm as a summer. And we'll hold the snow together, turn it into a flower." - mrg02

you might add "in the name of friendship" at the back. but i think the quote is better without it. i quoted it from the poem i made for my best friend.

  2. Kinda nicking your idea, but... 'Love blossoms'

  3. If there were nothing else to trouble us, the fate of flowers would make us sad.

    John Lancaster Spalding.

To flourish like a flower, man must have the sunshine and rain.

    Self

  4. this is a tricky one and you don't want to spoil it by hurrying it. What a wonderful thing the Internet is, where you can seek advice any time of night and day.

I would skip out the word 'friends' if none of your friens are in the picture.

    'we all grow together' ????
