I don't think it's possible to make accurate assumptions about a person's personality based on their name. You can only try to figure out what the parents were like.

Anyway.

I really like Lucius Thomas Charles.

Astrid Blanchefleur Martha is ok, but Blanchefleur is kind of long, and hard to say and a bit wierd. Martha is boring. Why not Astrid Blanch Fleur instead? Astrid is a very nice name though.

Reiner Waldemar Alfred is kinda cool. I especially like Waldemar.

Victoria Marie Clementine is a bit boring. Victoria is rather common right now, everyone has heard Marie, and with Clementine as the middle name, people would probably not hear it much. I think you should use Clementine as the first name.

They all sound good together as sibling names.  

I like unusual names too. My favorites are Gemma, Sybil, Melisende, and Gideon.

I'm not crazy about a child having 2 middle names.

Victoria is a nice name combo. The other ones are not my cup of tea. Girl 1 will probably hate her entire name and choose Martha as her name and even then probably use a nickname of Martha like "Missy". I don't like that name at all.

As an ACTUAL German, I have to tell you that Rainer Waldemar Alfred is terrible. All 3 are practically out of use and outdated. And not in that "nice old fashioned name" way.

I hate trendy names (like you do, from what I've seen), but Boy 2 is not a good choice.

Lucius Thomas on the other hand is brilliant, maybe Lucian would flow even better. Victoria Marie would be better without the Clementine. Astrid is nice, the other 2 not so much.

I really like Lucius Thomas Charles and Astrid Blanchefleur Martha - i imagine intelligent, creative children.

Victoria Marie Clementine is ok, a bit boring name.

I dislike Reiner Waldemar Alfred, i think if you were not living in (i assume Germany, correct me if i am wrong) then the name has alot of teasing potential.

astrid blanchefleur martha - i like astrid martha blanchefleur better.

reiner waldemar alfred- i like reiner alfred waldemar

victoria marie clementine - victoria clementine marie is better.

also, the first 3 names sound good together and are a like, but victoria is too normal compared to those other ones. victoria marie clementine sounds like a farm girl while those other ones sound like foreign exchange student names.

I would think that the parents were German or had a German family.  Or that the parents were a bit histronic.

Lucius Thomas Charles: stuck up little rich boy, but insanely gorgeous.

Astrid Blanchefluer Martha: shy and a little nerdy, but a great friend if you get to know her.

Reiner Waldemar Alfred: british foreign exchange student.

Victoria Marie Clementine: beautiful girl that every guy would kill to be with.

The only name I like is Victoria
