  1. Okay, well Im sorta confused on what you are asking...

    A URL is a Universal Resource Locator, simply meaning the location of a website, picture ect.

    Your pictures on your computer can get a URL by being uploaded on a website like Photobucket, imagecave, imageshack etc. After being uploaded they can be put on a website.
