  1. turn on some music and dance!


  2. Going biking, walking, rollerblading with friends.... or alone with your mp3 player.

    Get a bellydancing dvd and if will help you feel confident and you will loose some weight.

    During commercials for an hour run out the door and try and run around the block and back before the show is back on (kinda dumb but it is kinda fun too haha)

    Instead of having someone drive you to dinner or ice cream with friends or driving yourself.. get a group together and walk there and back.

    Get into sports.. you will bust your butt without even knowing it because you are so enthralled in the game.

  3. Well, if you are "sporty", I would reccomend getting a skateboard! I know, its shocking to hear that, but going up and down a driveway gets your heart rate up quick! Another thing you can do is :

    Get in front of a TV! Go to Fittv, they always have something you can exersize along with!

    If you are not very "sporty", then maybe you want motivation! Dancing to your fave music is kinda exciting, or if you have an MP3 player, then find a song you like, and make a dance-ish thing to it! If you have the right clothes, it can make you feel like you want to exersize! Good luck!

  4. take a jog in the park with your loved one. join dance aerobics.. its super fun dancing to those peppy numbers
