  6. I have always wondered why I never put on alot of weight.  I think my trick is that I eat what I want, but STOP eating when I am no longer hungry (instead of eating until I was FULL.)

    The goal is to eat SLOWER, and eat less.

    When you eat, do something else like read a book or watch TV.  Take a bite, and then watch a few minutes, then take another bite.  If you are doing somethine while eating (with a designated portion on your plate and being CONSCIOUS of when you become 'not hungry') then you'll lose weight.  Eating slow allows your stomach to realize there is food in there.  It takes a little while for your stomach to realize it has food in it and communicate to your brain.

    Also, don't snack alot.  ONLY eat a breakfast, lunch and dinner.  Maybe one small, slow snack to tide you untill dinner.

  10. i have been eating the cheapie lean gourmet frozen meals ( 93 cents  at grocers). i have lost 20 pounds in 4 weeks. i eat a fruit for breakfast and a lean gourmet for either lunch or dinner. a yogurt as a snack in the day and for the meal that i don't eat the lean gourmet i have meat and salad and veggies. don't eliminate the stuff you love like chips or cookies as that will only make you splurge on them at some point, instead give in to your cravings but only eat like one cookie or a couple of chips. that way you satisfy your urge. the only exercise i do is the stairs at work there ar 18 of them and my job requires me to go up and down them at least 10 times a day. i take advantage of that by running up them.
