Question:

What r some things i can do so i can get my split??

  1. Keep stretching ... daily ... and at least 2x a day if you can.

  3. one way you can get into a split is by stretching your leg muscles everyday and do warm ups ..who cares if it hurts?? if you do this everyday you will end up doing a split without noticing.

    Try sitting on the split and always point your toes while doing it!!

  4. First stretch standing up and touching your toes. Then sit down with your legs straight and touch your toes. Then you can do the runners stretch on each leg where you lunge  Then you will want to put one leg back and one leg bent on the front so your're kind of sitting up that way. Sit there for about 10 seconds then lean your torso as far forward as you can for 10 seconds. Then lean backwards for about 5. Do it with the other leg. Next do it opposite, where one leg is straight forward and the back leg is bent. Again do forward then backward and switch legs. Then do the splits on each side. Never pump your stretches, where you push down and let up over and over. Just hold yourself as low as you can go. All stretch positions should be held 10-30 seconds. Under 10 and it won't be as effective, over 30 and you could overstretch. You just need to listen to your body to know when to let up.
