The big one would be to travel. You don't work with the same people day in and day out so if you don't get along with someone you only work with them for 3-4 days. Not confined to a 9-5 job stuck inside a cubicle. Not that much supervision. You don't have to get up in the morning and worry about what you are going to wear(you wear a uniform) You can work days ,nights or whatever after you have seniority.
