You will need to bring up your State, then your County, the different departments are all listed. Usually marriage license applications are under he County Court Services.

You will need to appear in person to sign in front of the Notary and show birth certificate, place of residence and pay the fee...maybe someone at your Church could help you ......hope this helps.......thanks
