  1. good stretches produce great results also, you just gotta stay on top of all your techniques, i would suggest a lot of hand stand practice and leg strectches and try holding yourself up from the floor with just your hands while in a sitting position and work on lifting your legs up in a vertical while doing so.....hope this will help you tap into using what you may have never used before.....this could possibly take you toward doing some b-boy/b-girl power moves ok....PEACE!
