It the elite athletes with disability.  There are 5 disability groups Amputees, Cerebral Palsy, Vision Impaired, Wheel Chair and Les Autris (the Others)  

to make it fair all athlete are classified and competed again athlete with some level of disability.  

There are 20 different sports

Athletes, Swimming, cycling, Equestrian are open to all disability    

Where Goalball 5 aside Soccer and judo to vision impaired only.

Table tennis is open to all physical disabilities
