What r the problems that one faces while visiting UAE on a visit visa but without an ECNR on his passport???

can anybody tell me some agents who can get your ECNR done in Delhi on a Kolkata based passport?

well i dnt knw who can done ...but facing problem i can say if i m not wrong you will not get white coller job...your visa will be labour visa... but dude i m not sure...my father has removed this one after his one visit ...you just have to show your IT return ...but its better u ask any agent....bcoz now a days i think its not necessery to done.

As per the Emigration Act, 1983, Emigration Check Required (ECR) categories of Indian passport holders, require to obtain "Emigration Clearance" from the office of Protector of Emigrants (POE), Ministry of Overseas Indian Affairs for going to following 18 countries.  

  United Arab Emirates (UAE), The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Libya, Jordan, Yemen, Sudan, Brunei, Afghanistan, Indonesia, Syria, Lebanon, Thailand, Iraq (emigration banned).
