Marty Robbins was a real country singer who used to run some Cup races. Don't think he ever won though.

Kyle Petty did a few country songs before he decided on racing over singing.

Kyle Petty wanted to be a country singer but I think his dad or some other racer said don't do it. Actually, Kyle has some songs out on country mix cds I'm pretty sure.
