there is not real answer to this question as there are too many "myths" about one or the other. It is more of a genetic thing as opposed to actual race. Many would think or say that black men do, or latino but in reality, genes will tell the tale.

I am a bi female and African American.  I would have to say that African American men are known to have the biggest penises.  Only because other races will date black men.  This is only a opinion.
