What radar program does U.S. National Weather Service use?

I'm trying to find out the program the NWS uses at their offices to analyze radar pictures. I know it is fancy and probably expensive, but I can't think of the name. Thanks

Doppler?  I don't understand.  They don't use programs.  The radar receives the data and special software downloads the data so it can be analyzed by qualified meteorologists.  Radars like the ones NWS use nationwide are thousands and thousands of dollars each.
