The old "Light Programme".  It comes on with the alarm every morning and when I get up at 8.0 a.m. that's when it goes off.

When I was working and travelling a lot, I had local radio on in the car so that I could keep up with any road problems I might encounter.

radio one mostly, but only chriss moyles in the morning on weekdays, scott mills when i get in from school on weekdays and vernon kay on weekend mornings

I also listen to century or radio 5 live if st helens (rugby league) are playing and not on TV, they sometimes get put on radio, but thats only for few months of the year and only once a week for bout 4/5 weeks
