i have the jl 1000/1 and the jl 450/4 and 2 10v3's i used monster 400 series and they have worked great, you have some great jl equipment so don't go cheap if you do you will have engine noise and that sucks but i know people that have put monster 200 and it sounds good to

If you're making a short cable run (3-6 feet) it doesn't much matter. Use the cheapest ones you can find. If you have to make a longer run you may want to look into better cables. If you are transmitting digital sound or video you want cables that are rated to handle the very high frequencies involved, but only if they are long cable runs. For short runs any coax will work just fine.
