What real food is good for your hamster.?

what types of fruit and vegetables, or jusp plain food, thats good for my dwarf hamster???

i think my hamster needs some nuitrition, so i want to feed her something healthy, other than seeds and nuts, so please help me..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

Too many seeds and nuts aren't that great for hamsters. Your hammie should get daily fresh veggies and fruits once or twice a week (since fruits are high in sugar).

Some good ones: peas, corn (occasionally), broccoli, kale, carrots, bell peppers (red, yellow, orange), blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, and strawberries.

Don't feed too much fruit or veggies at a time or you could give your hammie the runs.
