What really happened to Patrick Roy?

Question

First, I heard that he had he was going to coach the Colorado Avalanche (He was supposed to start after the situation with his son. He ordered his son to fight another goalie), then I heard that he was on trial, then someone else other than Roy was decided as head coach. Was he fired from coaching for good? Help plz. (No B.S. on Roy plz!)

I've been wondering about him too.  He was always fun to watch play, but I haven't heard a word about him for a long time.

He bought out the Red Wings, Penguins, and San Jose Sharks about 3 days ago. I think he is coaching all three, and just accepted to coach the Canucks too. He is also the GM of 4 junior teams, and has his own cable network and TV series called Seinfeld, and moved to India.

According to Sportsnet  a few weeks ago..

he was offered an assistant coaching job after the Av's locked their present head coach in for a 3-year deal.

But who know, it's Patrick Roy. ANYTHING is possible.. lol

Pat lives in canada coaching a jr team for one of his kids; my brothers team played against roy at a tournament last year in calgary.

He faked his death because " Y".  He now owns a p**s and vinegar company in Toronto and he is starting his own hockey team " Tiger Chats". Thats "Y" he isn't head coach.
