  1. From what I understand, John wanted Yoko Ono to be involved with the band.  There was a rule to NOT allow gf's or wives attend even rehearsals.  However, John continued to bring her along and she would voice her opinion.  This of course pissed Paul off and so began the end of their friendship and being in the band.
