  1. Or I would encourage you to visit this site: www.healthsavings.ourperfectcard.com I signed up online over 5 years ago and they have saved me thousands of dollars since. My braces only cost me $2000. From xrays, exams, cleanings, fillings...etc. All services are included in this very affordable plan. They even had my benefits active in 2 hours and was able to use it the very same day. Good luck hope this helps.

  2. I've gone through the same thing -- still a bit painful, here is the resource help me a lot.http://insurance.free-onlinetip.info/ins...

  3. depending on how long you've had the gaps, and how well you take care of your teeth braces probably wont do it.   I have one of the best benefits packages you can get and it didn't cover a similar problem.   I had a tooth in the back of my mouth pulled and didn't listen to the dentist about getting a bridge. A couple years later my teeth separated in the front and shifted forward.  when they separate the roots weaken, I still wasn't covered.  I had all my front teeth pulled out and replaced with a 1 piece bridge that's permanent... for $13,000 out of my pocket..  Cosmetic dental work is tough to get covered if you want quality.   If your coverage is from work your boss knows your teeth are crooked, so you cant say it happened at work,   These procedures are expensive so even if your dentist is cool enough to bend the description on the forms and saying root canal..etc, he wouldn't be able to cover it.      You could fall face first in walmart. that might work

  4. If your on medi-cal then you must be in Calif. and they only pay for things that need to be done for health reasons not cosmetic. It really is up to your dentist to submit to medi-cal that braces are needed to prevent or cure a current medical problem. Talk to your dentist concerning any options you may have.
