What reasons are causing my up loading of photo's not to function ? no problem with down loading of photo's"

when ever i try to send photo,s to anyone, i see written in the l/h corner ''waiting for yahoo.'' Why is this, and how is it possible to overcome this problem

It is probable that your photo was scanned with a very high pixel causing the file to be very big (maybe more than 1Mb) thus causing problems to upload.  Try reducing the file size by lowering the pixels.
