  1. The reasons could be that u have been blocking up ur problems inside for so long, and finally u can't take anymore and are lashing out at people.

    Maybe people do things to u and u don't have the ability to forgive them or tolerate them, then u lash out at them.

    A lack of self control.

    What ever a person does to u shouldnt make u behave in an abusive manner, u can still walk away leave the house, or agree with that person if possible.
