phillip is not the best qb in the league, a Peyton Manning with no legs would still be better that rivers. rivers is way overrated and to put it bluntly..sucks. Thank you for your time, have a nice day

Philip Rivers is not the best. But he is developing into a great quarterback. Many people don't like him because they think less of him but the truth is that he is good. And will get even better in the coming years. I wouldn't say he's the best because you still have Tom Brady and Peyton Manning on the field don't forget that.
