What recommendations would you make to Starbucks to continue to grow sales and maintain its leadership position?

Well, slightly better management. Also, I don't know why people are complaining about prices. You are getting a higher quality beverage. So many people think that a cup of coffee is $5. I don't know what dimension they are in, but it's NOT $5. Maybe a Venti Latte, but not coffee...

lower the f' in prices. they are jacked up higher than the feeling you get after drinkin that c**p.

Well, they've got Location, Location, Location...so I would say, Price, Price, Price!   Lower prices!

Slightly lower prices, don't promote anything (you know -- no activists groups) and offer other alternatives besides coffee and Orange juice.
