What regimented programs can i do on the track to decrease my time in the 400m.?

I am a rising sixth grader and i love the 400 m on sunday i went to the junior olympics and ran a 1.08 but i still got smoked. Ive only been running for three months. So i want to get faster so that I can qualify for the junior olympics. Thank you to who ever answers

    You should be aware that you should be running but should not be doing any weightlifting as that will be horrible for you muscles and bones at this age
