What relation would my mothers cousin be to me?

I can never figure this stuff out. What relation would my mothers cousin be to me? I'm not talking distant cousin. I mean immediate cousin. Is that my cousin also or some weird form of uncle?

That would be your second cousin , but only a cousin.

If it is your mother's first cousin (the child of your grandparents sibling), he/she would be your second cousin, etc.

He or she would be your first cousin once removed.  Any children of this cousin would be your second cousins.
