What removes masonry paint?

Has anyone any idea what would bring masonry paint off, that has been splashed/run down a house wall?

Someone had told me hot soapy water and a scrubbing brush would do the trick, which ive tried with no results!!

A high Power Jetwash with a rotating pencil beam (Karcher 6 series or above) will do this easily!

Otherwise you'll be using sandpaper for months!

By its very nature masonery paint is formulated NOT to come off, it  is composed of acrylic co-polymers, wheras indoor paint is made from vinyl polymers, which are not so resistant to weather.

When it's still wet, it will wash off.  Once it's dry, you need a hammer and chisel.  (If it's a small amount, you might manage it with a wire brush)

Nitromoors paint stripper will bring it off.  Or a jet wash.
