What requirements do i need to process fiancee visa , im getting married this december 2008 to a foreigner?

my fiancee is from florida , i want to know what documents i need to process for my fiancee visa so that after the wedding date this december i can go with him back in florida.

unfortunately, it cannot be done. for you to get a fiance visa, you cannot be married. the reason why you're granted a fiance visa is that you can get married here in the US. if you marry prior to entering the US and then try to get in with a fiance visa, you will be denied entry. you will then have to file for a spouse visa which takes longer time to process.

you need to talk with your fiance about your plans since it needs to be change. either get a fiance visa, enter the US and marry here.... or marry there, apply for a spouse visa and then enter the US. it has to happen either way.... not how you want it.
