i got vaccines up to date and i do know what else do i need for him.got license tag. do i need a vet letter?

Get a Veterinarian issued health certificate showing that he is up to date on shots. They don't often ask for it, but it is required, and you don't want to be the one they demand the paper work from and not have it.
