What requirements do you have to meet in order to join the FBI or CIA?

The more education you get, the more doors that will open for you. Stay physically fit and study extra hard. The FBI and the CIA need smart people. No more Ruby Ridge or Waco fiascoes.

you need a college degree (the more the better) most of the time or lots of military experience. They get their pool of applicants on college campuses, i would also recommend checking their web pages it will tell you more.

Well you certainly dont need toughness nor any size.  The fbi adopted 10mm for their main weapon and they had to change it to a smaller caliber because the ladies and the smaller guys couldnt handle it, so I guess the answer is, physically you could be a dwarf or midget or a wimp...as for the other mental qualifications, Ill leave that up to someone else to talk about.
