What restaurant can I make the most money (tips) at as a waiter in or around Huntington Beach, Ca?

Question

I have over 3 years experience working in very nice, high end restaurants. I am new to the area (originally from Riverside, CA) and need to find summer work as I am currently a substitute teacher and will be out of a job come June. I'm not familiar with the surrounding area, as far as which restaurants would be the most lucrative. Restaurants that charge more for their dishes create high checks, which in turn, create higher tips. Please help!!!!

thers a couple of nice restaraunts there

just go on like pch and main you'll see plenty of nice restaurants
