I was in Rome two years ago, and went to a great restaurant. It had dozens of pizzas and pastas. I got a menu to bring back to my mother, who prompty lost it. I would love to know the name of the place. It has two levels, the street level and the basement, is very cramped, and is often very crowded. Please help me find this restaurant.

  1. ALL OF THEM!!!

  2. Vignola on Via Vignola. It is north of the city center off of Via Flaminia. It has a great atmosphere, very friendly waiters, delicious food and is resonably priced. My friends and I would meet here for dinner , dessert or just wine.

Il Brillo Parlante is also very good. it is between Via del Babuino and Via del Corso very close to Piazza del Popolo. It also has two levels, but the street level is only a bar.
