well, okay, let's be rational... you have 4000 pesos and 15 people's meals to pay for, that gives you less than 300 pesos to spare on one person. i don't think Makati would be your place unless it's somewhere very common like fast food...

the way i see it, try going to a saisaki or some other cheaper (relative to hotel diners) buffet, spend like 600 or so on a person, but get only your closest friends (or family) and share something special. hey, it may not be something grandeur but im hopeful its something more worth it!
