It depends on what your opinion of "soul food" is.  It's such a diverse category, but to me, it is just good old-fashioned home cooking!  Love that stuff.   I don't know if BBQ is included in that category for you, so I left those out.  There are buffet-style restaurants that serve this style of food, but those two up top are the best at chicken fried steak. fried okra, and mashed potatoes!!
