  2. The ones in the hotels, certainly.  

  3. everywhere shuts down for Christmas day but all the good hotels and country clubs have a Christmas package on offer.

    It usually consists of a 2 night stay from 24th. to 26th. which includes lunch, dinner and dance, including a gift from santa.It can be expensive though.  they also offer something similar for new year.

    check if they will accommodate you for lunch only, but I doubt it.
