baskin robbins may still give you a free cone on your bday but you have to register. and it may be for kids only.

KOBE'S japanese steackhouse is one of th ebest restaurants i know of. It also gives you free meals on your birthday. it's live entertainment, they cook in front of you, put on a show. Plus, you get a lot of food, and i always have left overs. it's pretty delicious.

if you are under 12. California Pizza Kitchen gives u free izza drink and dessert.
