I've gone to a few TGIF's and they'll give you ice cream or a small slice of cake(and that birthday song).

Also, I've seen Cheesecake Factory does this also (a very small slice), but I'm not sure if they do this all the time.

I believe that either Ryans or Golden Corral still offer some sort of a free deal on your birthday. You need to take proof that it is your birthday.

Applebee's -- but dessert is some sort of birthday Sunday. It's not some thing you get to choose from their dessert menu.
