I know that in the past Va Bene in Ahwatukee on Chandler Blvd has had Creme Brulee in the past.  Also, Grand Lux Cafe in Scottsdale at the Fashion Square has it.

most resorts offer it, some up-scale places like Tarbell's Roy's Roaring Fork  just call the resturant?? you'd like and see if they do??

Try the Hyatt downtown.  Fancy restaurant The Compass, Arizona's only revolving roof top restaurant....

Va Bene in Ahwatukee on Chandler Blvd has some awsome cremenbuillee it is fresh and it tastes so good that is really the only place i get mine at now because they only surve it right for me
