What results can I expect from using a Wickes brand cement colour in red?

I want to repair some brickwork using cement coloured using Wickes cement colour. The bricks are old and dark red. Has anyone else used Wickes red cement colouring, and what sort of red did it produce?

me and a fellow builder were actually discussing those last week and saying we have no idea how they have stayed on the market all these years as neither of us had ever seen them work.

We decided it was all down to single sales to people who have made a mistake. We agreed that we thought they would never have repeat sales.
