What rights do French citizens have over their government?

We as americans have the right to impeach our president, have loyal opposition, we have a bill of rights and so forth. What do the French have that is similar to this?

The same as the rest of Europe  Europeans have more rights than Americans as we can go above a Presidant or prime minister

and be heard at the European court of Human rights which is Independent
