  1. I, too, have no idea what you're trying to say.  You have kids so you must be an adult.  Try using punctuation, capitalization, and forming complete sentences if you would like a good answer to this question.

  2. Don't get it.  Do you went to school?

  3. I'd be questioning how this wasn't caught sooner.  They probably bill a lot of people and 2,000 more should have caught their attention sooner.  I'd also want to see a detailed bill to see what the additional money exactly is for.

  4. Is there any way you can clarify your question? I've read it over three times and I have no idea what you're talking about.

  5. I am going to assume the following:

    1. You paid for a Dance Project/Class of some kind, that included outfitting your daughters in appropriate outfits, and various other insundry fees.

    2. The total you were quoted and paid was 3,600.00. You have a receipt for this amount.

    3. Upon return to the establishment, you were informed that there was some sort of clerical mistake and that you must pay an additional 2,000.00, which you do not have.

    4. Your kids are excited about attending this Dance Project/Class and you do not want to disappoint them.

    5. You ensured that you had the final bottom line by asking a few times "This is all right?" to which you were assured it was the final amount owed.

That being said, if these are the correct facts, the Shop must honor its receipt. It is not your fault there was a clerical error of that magnitude and you did question/attempt to ascertain that the amount you payed was the final amount.

You have a receipt that entitles you to the services agreed to. Failure to render these services would result in Breach of Contract and you can take them to Small Claims Court.

  6. i would tell them that was not on your end not your mistake, if it doesnt state anywhere what was really suppossed to be the full payment when you signed it and it sayed if was for the total cost and everything your suppossed to get, thats messed up i would try and fight it for a little while, it wasnt your fault call the better business bureau or ask for your money back and tell them everyone you know will hear about it and not get there business good luck
