  1. why, as a woman, have you got a male avatar....?

EDIT! ha ha you've changed it!! have you not got better things to do than pretend to be someone your not sir?

  2. It's possible that your relationship might count as a common-law marriage; if you live with someone "as if" you were married, this is sometimes recognized as a marriage. In this case, you would have the same rights as a married partner - you would be entitled to some form of financial support from your partner.

The rules about common-law marriages are different in different places - some states in the US don't recognize common law marriages at all. So you probably need to talk to a lawyer who knows the specifics of the law where you live.

  3. its ur fault

  4. PERHAPS IT'S BECAUSE OF YOUR SPELLING?

    HOW OLD ARE YOU?

YOUR AVATAR LOOKS LIKE A GUY!

  5. No rights its his home and your not married.

  6. You have no rights.

You do have something though, a little more knowledge than you had before.

You have to start all over again, and thank God there are no children.

Marriage gives you rights, living together doesn't.

  7. Without being married to this person...you have no rights like you would if you were his wife.  You can attempt to appeal to his "softer" side (if he has one) and ask for some things with which to start over...

You could attempt to take him to small claims court and sue him, but that will be really iffy...really your word against his...

Learn from your mistake...NEVER, EVER give up ANYTHING to be with someone...anyone who would ask to give up anything is selfish, controlling and manipulative and not worth your time and it never ends well....(unless you can get them to sign a binding, legal contract that would cover you and your rights)...

Good luck with re-building your life...

  8. That's why you shouldn't move in together before you are married.

  9. get a job, rent an apartment, stay in a hotel. stay with friends.

if even that isn't possible, then the local homeless shelter will take you.

  10. You NEVER give up everything for a man

You NEVER give up everything for a woman

The only thing I can think of is to start looking for a job and a cheap place to live.  Do you have family or friends who can help you??  Good Luck.
