What rights do i have because I'm in Foster Care

Hi i was wondering what rights do i have if i'm in long time foster care and i am 18 next year but not going back to my biological mother and don't want to stay with my foster parents and want to live with my boyfriend? Please help if you can thanks

At 18 you are an adult and can do what you want. Before then, talk to your case worker.

at 18 ur free to do what u want. ur out of the system at 18

you will be a adult. free to do what you want. you should finish high school though.

Have you graduated High School?  I think that you may have to stay in foster care until you graduate, even if you are 18.  But like the other person said I would talk with your social worker.. you may be able to work something out.
