same plot and her details are going on the same stone it is messed up as there is hardly any room for my mothers details underneath the writing of my brother i am not incontact with my brother as we had a family argument and he refuses to speak to me so i wouldnt be able to aproach him i would like to know if i can remove the stone and have a larger one placed without his permision as he would never agree i am the next to kin for my mother would i have rights to do this as her wishes are she is not happy with the stone that is in but doesnt want to say anything as it would cause trouble with her son who is a aragant person to comunicate with.

  1. I don't think you can remove it as it is the property of your brother and has been paid for. You have to get permission from the cemetery. It might be many years before your Mum dies so sort it out then. You can have a granite urn with your Mums details on it,
