why would you want to confuse your child by taking it around so many other girls?if you think theres a problem with your babys mother bringing the baby around other men (which i agree is not right) then what you need to do is take her to court for sole custody and prove her an unfit parent... but you dont sound too fit yourslef

its not her decision what activities you two do as long as it is in a safe environment and you have legal visitation rights. You two need to work it out and act like adults and neither of you should be bringing men, or women in and out of this child's life. hope you can figure this out before you wreck your daughters life!

Honestly its really not healthy to let your children see you with many different women and vice versa to your baby mama when your daughter gets older she'll get the wrong impression of what relationships are like. You and your baby mama should only let that special woman or man meet your child. My sister has difficulty staying in long term relationships and she has a 6 year daughter. Her daughter gets confused and says things like calling the men in her mother's life at the time my new daddy and refers to previous men as her old daddy.  Both your priorities should be your daughter and not worrying about who she is around.

If you have court appointed visitation rights you can take your child into any safe environment in your city and be perfectly fine. As long as you aren't making out with a girl in front of your child you are fine. There is nothing legally wrong with you and 10 hot girls taking your child to the park to play.

The answer to the question lies in your court ordered periods of temporary placement, i.e. visitation. If you have a visitation order that does not restrict you in any manner, then you may do as you wish with your child, as long as you are not endangering her.

If you do not have an order for visitation (it may be included in a child support order, wording such as "reasonable periods of temporary placement"), you need to get one ASAP. With out one, even though your name may be on the birth certificate, you would have no legal rights to the child what so ever.

Check with an attorney, or your local child support agency. They may be able to answer your question according to the laws of your state.
