i answered ur other question also. most of the professionals use seeker rods and the reels really differ most have their own custom reels

depends on who they are sponsored by: G-Loomis, St. Croix, these are two examples of rod companies.  Shimano, Abu Garcia are two reel companies.  Professionals don't always buy their gear they just use gear from companies they are sponsored by.
