What role do health care workers play in determining quality care?

Unfortunately a lot of them don,t do quality care. To them it is just a job with a weekly paycheck. Especially in nursing homes. Although there are a few cma,s and nurses who do quality care because they love to help and genuinely care. For some it is their way of doing something gratifying. To others it is an inconvenience but is their job. Truthfully i am not looking forward to assisted living someday. Truthfully when I,m old and senile, I don,t want to be looked on as an inconvenience. I would rather just wander off into the mountains and lose myself there.
