  1. Well, the problem with Frisco/Plano is that most of the people there are married with children.  So, no romance there....  Sorry couldn't resist.  Probably the best bets are the shops at Legacy, and the Tollway.  Lots of outdoor restaurants, and usually have live band on the weekends.  Hope that helps.
