What route is better from whitehorse canada to seattle?

Unless you plan to take the ferry to Bellingham, the shortest route is the Alaska Highway to Dawson Creek, BC, no choices to that point. Then continue on BC 97 south to where it intersects with Canada 1, a long distance but there are plenty of services. Once on Canada 1 continue to the Sumas or Aldergrove crossings and head south to Bellingham and Seattle.
